We are a family and very dog friendly, licensed café with great breakfast options. We directly overlook the Canal & Lock Gates to view all the action of the boats & canoes. We serve everything from ice cream, tea & cake , light snacks and small or large meals.
We have various areas for dining in all seasons with a covered Mediterranean Garden to the rear of our property directly overlooking The Lock which is ready for all types of weather & front Decking also completely covered, directly overlooking the Canal.
Dog & Children Friendly
We have easy access from the Towpath and the main road. There is a large car park at Baileys Barn, Bradford-on-Avon BA15 1BW and at the local train station BA15 1DB. Why not relax in our ideal location or come and hire one of our canoes?

We are open from 08.45am and suggest that you should book in advance via our book a table facility that can be found at the bottom of this page.
We specialise in group bookings of up to 75 persons or more , inside our restaurant upstairs / downstairs, outside under cover in our rear gardens or front deck or the complete use of our restaurant barge, all we ask is that you please email bookings@thelockinn.co.uk should you have any large group booking or other enquiries.

We welcome kids, cats, dogs, folk in muddy boots, well cut suits,walkers, bankers, scaffolders, plumbers (when they turn up), old age travellers and most others but KID'S PLEASE KEEP YOUR PARENTS UNDER CONTROL !
Our team of willing helpers polish up well at this busy little café, and we provide an ideal location to host your works do in the marquee on our deck over looking the canal or undercover in our canal side gardens.
No more standing in line as we now offer full table service to outside tables as well as our inside seating!
